OUR THERAPISTS

Michele Lyle, RMT

My path as a massage therapist began 26 years ago, when a traumatic accident left me in chronic pain. Massage and other treatments helped me travel the road from debilitating loss of function to managing my condition pain-free and inspired me to pursue a career as a massage therapist.

I have always been passionate about the body’s natural healing power, which I believe can be enhanced with massage. My approach to therapy involves a variety of therapeutic and relaxation-based modalities, including deep tissue and trigger point release, muscle energy technique, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and Swedish massage. Treatments are customized to address your individual needs, such as decreasing pain, improving alignment and mobility, promoting relaxation, and supporting your recovery and wellness.

I have experience treating a variety of acute, chronic and degenerative conditions including thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, sciatica, pregnancy massage, repetitive stress injuries, strains, sprains, whiplash, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and chronic stress. In addition to my personal journey, my time interning at the Victoria Pain Clinic taught me some understanding of the complexities of pain and how it affects us on so many levels. In my spare time I love music, dancing, walking in the forest or near the ocean, and singing.

I would be pleased to help you on your journey to wellness
