Please kindly take this time to become familiar with our: CANCELLATION POLICY

This clinic prefers 48 hours notice, and requires 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments.  This allows time to arrange for clients to take your place. Our clinic is closed on Sundays. Notice for Monday appointments must be given by 5:30PM Saturday.

If you are not able to give 24 hours notice, and we are not able to fill the spot, we ask that you, not the therapist, pay for the time reserved and we will request this payment in advance of booking subsequent appointments.

For first late cancellations, 50% of the balance is due. Appointments missed thereafter will be charged in full. This is necessary in order for us to run our practices in a stable manner.

We do our best to fill the appointment for same day or late cancellations, in which case you will not be charged.  In the case of sudden and infectious illness, or emergencies, you will not be charged.  For infectious illness, a Pre-Appointment Screening is sent out to help you monitor symptoms and cancel within the 24 hr policy.
