Stacey Spring, RMT
Having been interested in human kinetics and health from a young age, Stacey decided to turn her passion into a career and attend the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Since graduating in 2010 she has furthered her education by attending courses in deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, movement therapy and pre and post natal massage.
Stacey has a reverence for the healing wisdom of the human body and works together with her clients to get them to a place of ease and connection.
She believes that movement is medicine and is honoured to help clients move more freely and purposefully in their body.
She has a passion for antepartum and postpartum care and looks forward to working with women throughout the various stages of their pregnancy and beyond. Stacey has 2 children of her own and is honoured to support women during this incredibly transformative, and at times overwhelming stage of life!
Stacey uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilization.
You can find Stacey at Broadway Wellness on Mondays 8am-2pm, Tuesdays 215- 815pm, and Thursdays 8am-2pm.
