Kitti Ami, RMT

Movement, Relaxation, Recovery
Kitti graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy 2007.  Her career has led her on a journey of discovering the resilience of the body, and the miracle that it is.
She views the body as a whole functioning machine, and encourages movement, stretch, and breath. She holds the space for and is committed to assisting her clients to whole body wellness. Throughout the years she has worked alongside Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, and other professionals to find the best possible combinations to achieve optimal health for her clients. She has experience with rehabilitation, motor vehicle accidents, repetitive strains, digestive issues, and the prenatal experience. Her interests have led to the development of her education in myofascial release, visceral massage, cranial sacral rhythms, and nerve functioning. Her skill set ranges from light to deep tissue releases.
Kitti has spent a lifetime being active; she grew up competing as a gymnast, and taking in all that nature could afford her. She enjoys practicing aspects of yoga, qi gong, and mediation on a regular basis. These activities have helped her recover from her own injuries along the way.
