Jennifer Keene, RMT

img_8466Health is not the absence of illness, it is continually striving for optimal well being. Jennifer is passionate about people feeling their best and she believes movement is a big part of that.  She loves running, swimming, hiking, cycling, and yoga, which drive her desire for learning how to maintain our bodies.

Since graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hr program (in April 2012), Jennifer has completed:
Visceral Manipulation 1-4
Listening 1-2  with the Barral Institute
Craniosacral 1-2 with Upledger.
(SER 1 – October 2019)

Jennifer is fascinated by the body’s innate knowledge to heal itself and facilitates this process using techniques from Craniosacal Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, then finishes with and Myofascial Release to reduce any remaining general tension. This helps find the root of the issue before alleviating the symptoms. You can expect long slow adjustments that follow the body’s pace of release, combining techniques for symptom relief and bringing the body back into alignment.

This approach is helpful for chronic issues, headaches, pregnancy, postpartum, asthma, concussions, trauma, digestive, urogenital, circulatory, nerve pain, anxiety, post-surgical, motor vehicle accidents, and more.
