Ana Yu, RMT

I am passionate about health and well-being, in body and mind, and helping my patients achieve pain-free function, stress reduction, mobility, body awareness and strength. I approach each treatment with attention and empathy, and work with patients to create tailored goals and plans.

Treatments involve assessment, hands-on therapy, and rehabilitative/preventative homecare. Modalities include myofascial, muscle energy and neuromuscular techniques, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, therapist-assisted stretching, and Swedish relaxation.

I have treated adults, children and seniors with conditions including: fibromyalgia, headaches, adhesive capsulitis, digestive disorders, nerve compression, postural dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, to name a few. My experience also includes prenatal massage and sports treatments.

Mountains and forests are my second home, and I am an avid climber, skier, trail runner, cyclist, meditation and yoga practitioner, and certified yoga instructor.

I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with academic distinction on the Dean’s List, and continue my fascination of the human body through continuous personal and professional learning.

I look forward to meeting you!
