Gabrielle Lawrence, RMT

Gabrielle has always thoroughly enjoyed helping and interacting with the community. As an RMT she now gets to do that in an even more intimate and impactful way and feels privileged to do so. She understands that in order for an individual to release tension it is imperative that they feel safe and comfortable. She strives to create that kind of space in her treatments through kind, quality therapeutic touch, deep listening and friendly rapport.
As a graduate from Vancouver Career College she is trained in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, swedish massage and manual lymphatic drainage. She has found beneficial treatment outcomes by addressing fascial adhesions, patient pressure when treating trigger point and passive/active stretching with her patients. She prides herself on being a thorough therapist and does her best to address the whole person, not just the symptom.
She is passionate about connecting people back with their bodies and emulates this in her own life through breathwork, nature walks, regular strengthening and yoga
