Are you an avid cyclist or even just spending a little more time on two wheels now that the sun is out and the skies are clear? If so, you certainly know that long bouts on a bicycle can be straining on the body especially when it is not something we’re accustomed to. Massage therapy is a great complement to any training regime and can help you back to your prime in no time.

Not that we are all professional level cyclists, but many who are have the luxury of travelling with their own massage therapist for pre- and post-ride treatments. This, as mentioned, is probably a luxury for most but doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t prepare ourselves for the exertion as well as the recovery process.
