She has always been driven toward professions dedicated to helping people. Over time, Jennifer has come to know that her ability to feel and work with her hands is her best asset.

The body has an innate ability to heal and will always attempt to regain balance on its own. However, if we use our body in imbalanced ways it becomes important to assist the body in re-aligning itself, and to add awareness and activities to our daily lives that encourage this equilibrium.

Jennifer’s aim is to examine posture and function of the body, and to then re-align the musculo-skeletal system through massage therapy. Jennifer likes to gain an understanding of how each client personally needs his/her body to perform, and discuss a home/at work plan to work toward goals.

As we grow and change we need to release old patterns within the body to be free to change its form. When the body is balanced and fluid we are able to carry the loads we need to, and overtime, maintain more strength and infallibility.

Jennifer uses a spectrum of pressures and techniques, depending on the needs of the individual and their intention for their treatment.  She works mostly with the skeletal and fascial systems, and incorporates Swedish massage for neurological and metabolic benefits.  Jennifer works with the body’s pace, and takes time to allow for the body to correct itself. She is very passionate about furthering her education in visceral manipulation, neurological, and circulatory function.  Jennifer encourages clients to be engaged in their own treatments, and finds each client’s internal knowledge to be a great asset in the process.

Jennifer’s other personal passions include running, swimming, and the outdoors/ sunshine.

She is available at Broadway Wellness on Mondays (8am-2pm), Tuesdays (2:15-8:15pm), Wednesdays (8:00am-4:00pm),  and Thursdays (8:00am-2:00pm).
